Poverty simply means lack of basic necessities of life. It means being poor in a specific aspect. Meaning that, one could be poor financially (Financial Poverty), spiritually (Spiritual Poverty), intellectually (Intellectual Poverty), morally (Moral Poverty). Appearantly, the major focus of the world is financial poverty. You are seen as being poor when you are broke. However, being broke is not the source nor the head of poverty. A man may be financially poor but intellectually, spiritually and morally rich. I often say it that, "money is not all man needs for life". So, if all you have or crave for is money, you are still a pauper. Financial Poverty is one of the strongest tools of the devil to win people into his kingdom. How many people wait daily in God in the place of prayer? Truly, if there is a man to pray, there is a God to answer. God answers prayers. Howbeit, only a few receive the testimony of answered prayers. How deep is the horror of unanswered prayers!  Why do many pray without the testimony of answered prayers? A lot of things could be the cause of unanswered prayers, but in most cases, men think "Prayer" is enough to grant us our requests since it is the medium of communicating our needs with our heavenly father.
