Poverty simply means lack of basic necessities of life. It means being poor in a specific aspect. Meaning that, one could be poor financially (Financial Poverty), spiritually (Spiritual Poverty), intellectually (Intellectual Poverty), morally (Moral Poverty). Appearantly, the major focus of the world is financial poverty. You are seen as being poor when you are broke. However, being broke is not the source nor the head of poverty. A man may be financially poor but intellectually, spiritually and morally rich. I often say it that, "money is not all man needs for life".
