WORDS ARE LIVING THINGS

Words Live
Words are sounds that proceed out of the vocal tract in to the air or atmosphere. One of the most powerful living things is "Words". When words proceed in to the air, they fly around in the air like micro-organisms yet they can't be viewed with a microscope.
Recently, it is scientitifically proven that words do not die. Hence words we speak have a longer life span than our deeds. Spoken words live forever. And I have come to realize that anything, or whatever words a man speak to himself serve as tools to change him positively or negatively. Words motivate, encourage and comfort you.
The most effective words on man are the ones he speak to himself. A man who always remind himself about his weaknesses and say "Man, remember you're weak, you can't get it right." Such man will end up not getting it right.
Again, I've heard some people say words about themselves and others, and the words started working against them or working for them. Any word you speak lives and works.
Now that you know that, words live and they are capable to turn your life around, what kind of words should you speak to yourself? My simple answer is, Words you should speak are only the ones seasoned with Peace and Grace.
Are you doubtful about tomorrow? My  dear,  Speak words to your tomorrow, encourage yourself, don't wait for anybody for encouragment, when you speak those words they ring in your heart and keep you going. In essence, they work for you more than what anybody can tell you.
Are you neglected? Wake up early in the morning, sing songs of love to yourself, praise yourself and the Lord who has created you. Speak words to make yourself special. Know this, if billions of people call you a fool and you don't join them to say so to yourself, you'll never see yourself as one, but the day you join them to call yourself a fool, the day you become a fool and automatically start acting like one.
Speak words of peace to your destiny. Tell yourself you will make it in life. Your destiny is at the tip of your tongue, don't ruin it with bitter words.

THE MIRROR: IDENTITY AND SELFHOOD

Identity. It’s the essence of who you are—your personality, the core of your being. Selfhood, on the other hand, is the expression of that identity, the way you present yourself to the world. Think back to a time when you had to show your identity card. Do you remember the reaction of the person you handed it to? Likely, they nodded in approval, having seen all the necessary information about you on that card. Your identity, in that moment, was defined by the details captured on that small piece of plastic. But identity is more than just what's written on a card. It’s how you define yourself and how others perceive you. It’s the name you give yourself, the image you project, and the way people recognize you. Selfhood is often conveyed through three key aspects: - Dressing (Your Appearance) - Actions (What You Do and How You Do It) - Speech (The Words You Speak and How You Utter Them)  Dressing (Your Appearance) There’s a common saying: "Appearance shows the manner." Where...

The Greatest Goal

When the ball enters the net, they say it's a goal! And the loosing team feel defeated forgetting that they've got the greatest goal.  Same to a man who has all his goals lain down and strategically pulling his efforts towards the goal but to realize at the end that, his goals can't be achieved, for known or unknown reasons. He looses strength. At times, he can feel like it's over. But the truth remains that it's not over until it is over. He's got the greatest goal.       Really, a goal is the achievement toward which effort is directed. And billions are the "I want to", "by God's grace I will", "in fact, I must" in the speeches of every man, especially at the beginning of every matter, but strength wanes and the story changes maybe in the middle of the road. Because all efforts put towards the achievement of the goals seem to be less affective. The truth is, no man has control over whatever happens and will happen....
