LIVING IN THE CONSCIOUSNESS OF YOUR TRUE IDENTITY

Being conscious of who you are is simply walking and living in the reality of who God has made you to be. God created man with authority and called him god on earth and his son. I mean every one on earth is named with this great Identity. Psa 82:6 "I said, 'You are "gods"; you are all sons of the Most High.'' 
       Living in the Consciousness of this great identity gives man a total freedom from the bondage of Satan. Satan is the source of the identity crises, for he knows that, the moment man can realize who he his, man will be free from his bondage, so devil works tireless to confuse man of his identity.
How does devil bring confusion?
Number one thing he does is that he brings a lot of challenges and trials on the ways of man, again he inflicts sin on man because he knows that sin opens doors of sorrow and torment unto man, he also pours out the spirit of fear. 
        Therefore, when man is faced with a lot of Struggles he is confused. But thank God for the light God has shined upon us to know that all of the negative things that happen to us are brought by devil to confuse us of our real identity in God. Every human being created by God are children of God and so we have authority over devil, sicknesses, diseases, afflictions and everything that is against the will of God in/ for our lives. We have been given the authority to cast and bind, God the Father has given us the authority over the earth. 
       Let me tell the story of a young woman who lose her husband in the cold hand of death, shortly after the death of her husband, devil came to insult, disgrace, molest her and take away her only son. This woman cried for help but no body could deliver her from the hand of the devil, later she found her way into the presence of God. Behold what the Holy Spirit(The Spirit of God) said to her. He said to her, " my daughter, why are you crying and wailing because of the afflictions of the devil? devil is a powerless one who delights in bragging around and harassing the children of God. Devil has no authority over you, but you over him. Therefore woman, go and take your son from him, because the authority has been given to you, only that you need to face him with boldness, for God has not given you the spirit of fear but of power, love and of a sound mind." ( 2Timothy 2:7). At the comfort of the Holy Spirit, this woman set out with boldness and faced the devil in prayers. With fear and trembling devil released the son of this woman.
     Just like this woman did, you can regain and reclaim your identity through prayers and confession of the word of God. You can walk in the fullness of who you are and shun the spirit of fear, you can take back everything devil has taken from you. You have the ability and strength, you have the authority, all you need to do is start walking in the Consciousness now! Don't let yourself down to the roaring of  the devil. Devil is a liar!
