THE POWER OF KNOWLEDGE

It is a popular saying that "knowledge is power". This is a true and in fact, powerful than power, because a man can have power and be ignorant of how to use it, but if only what you have is knowledge, it fetches you power and strength to fight and get along especially on the road to success. 

   Let's examine this scenario, If I was to travel to a particular place I had been hearing about, but didn't know the direction to that particular place. I would become so worried that how would I reach this place, and I must be there, the worse part of the story is that nobody around me also knew the direction. But suddenly I met an old man who said he knew the place, and gave me the direction. The first thing that would happen to me is peace of mind, I would experience a kind of peace and assurance that, I would surely get to the place. With the knowledge gotten from that old man, I set forth my journey with peace of mind and confidence.

   The most powerful thing than weapon is knowledge, as powerful as knowledge is, it can deliver someone from danger. Understanding the power of knowledge is the first a man should do in his journey to the City of Success. Understanding how powerful knowledge is, will make a man seek to know and when there is knowledge, confidence and peace of mind set in.

    In the beginning of every man's journey, there is somehow a kind of cloud of ignorance, but as we move on we get to know better and as we know better we do better. The height of a man's success is dependent on the amount of knowledge he has about success and whatever he is doing. 

    There is a City called Success, and the number one criteria to begin your walk toward this City is Knowledge. Because on the road, there are many challenges. People are there to discourage you, situations await to bring you down, failures are on the road, you will also face dark times, but your knowledge about the City that "The road to the City of Success is not smooth" keeps you going. When we talk about success, people who do not know about it think the road is as smooth and straight as from throat to belly, so when they get in and see it's not smooth they grumble and feezle out in no time.

    Man needs to know that,a journey on the road to the City of Success is different from moving from one town to another. You need to seek knowledge before you take off. If a man truly wants to succeed, he must seek knowledge about success. No one succeeds on nothing, you must have something you're doing, and if you must be successful on whatever you are doing, then you must have an in-depth knowledge about it. Also, you must read the word of God(the best source of knowledge is the word of God) and books that can enhance your knowledge and encourage you.

On your journey to the City of Success,              Knowledge is Powerful in the sense that, it gives you peace of mind, it gives you confidence, it gives you strength to press on even when it seems all is done, it gives you a kind of assurance that you will reach your destination. Therefore,the foundation of your journey to success is knowledge about God, about your work and walk.
